Janelle Lewis is a multifaceted, globally-minded New York Attorney and Business & Legal Strategist who is changing the perspective of the law in business from a reactive need to a proactive tool. Taking her love of innovation, global entrepreneurship, strategy and the law, she has merged the law and business so that the law can be used as a proactive tool in business development. This involves bridging the gap between law and business strategy.

Her legal career began with dealing with complex legal matters in human rights immigration and international administrative law with a focus on employment law.

For the last six years, she has been running a virtual-based, legal practice that offers services in Contract law (drafting, negotiation and review), Intellectual Property Law (specifically, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, and Trademarks), Internet & Technology Law (including Data Privacy such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and HIPAA; and Cybersecurity Law, such as NY SHIELD ACT); and Business Immigration Law.

For the last two years, she has been merging the law and business strategy resulting in the successful creation and publication of best business, legally based strategic frameworks that help business establish their valuable competitive position.
